Payments are facilitated when placing the order online through our secure payment partners Stitch and Payfast.
How long do you take to ship?
We aim to ship out orders same day for orders received before 11am.
Do you carry stock on hand?
Yes if it shows as available on our website we have the stock in our warehouse.
How long does it take before my order reaches me?
For orders around Johannesburg, usually overnight, for orders in other cities or countryside usually 3 to 5 days. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier services.
How much do you charge for shipping?
For all orders on car mats and seat covers there are no additional courier costs. That’s right, we deliver to your door through our courier partners at no additional charge.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
You may reach out to us by email to inform us of any modifications or cancellations you would like to make by email, we will be happy to accommodate you as far as we can.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive an order confirmation by email once placed as well as updates from the courier once your collection has been booked and collected.
What warranty or guarantee do you offer?
We offer a 7 day money back “no questions asked ” guarantee for all products.
What are your returns and refunds policy?
Should you not be happy with your purchase we will be happy to refund you the full value of your purchase as long as the item is returned within 7 days of receipt and is still new and unused. The customer will have to return the item at their own cost. Should an item be defective in any way, we will cover the collection of the return as well.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are processed via the same method the payment was made.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online store and dispatch from our Johannesburg based warehouse. Should you wish to come in personally to make a purchase it can be done with prior arrangements. Just drop us a call or WhatsApp to see when will be a suitable time to come through.
